We have written a number of blogs on behalf of Mr Dave Whyte, a British Nuclear Veteran who continues his fight for justice.
He has written to the MoD on numerous occasions, taken them to court and still they refuse to provide him with the information. Listed below are his request up until 2016.
Conclusion
These are questions that needed to be answered, yet the MoD now treats all his requests as Vexatious and refuses to respond to any further requests. We know the MoD hold these records, they are now under a 'Security Review' and many papers have been removed from public view, never to return. After 60 years, is it time to admit the experimentation on these men, admit the wrongdoing and recognise them, for many it is all ready too late. For the families who continue to suffer, it remains an every day problem which must be addressed.
Mr Whyte should be applauded for his efforts, his tireless campaign for the truth continues.
