Statement
The Directors of LABRATS have been made aware of the article by Susie Boniface in the Daily Mirror relating to the British Nuclear Test Veterans Association (BNTVA).
The article contains serious allegations of misconduct, financial mismanagement and sexual harassment within the BNTVA.
We would like to reassure our Associate members and supporters that the allegations do not affect any of the services provided by LABRATS, we are still working closely with the Office for Veterans' Affairs on the medal award and the All-Tests Reunion will still be going ahead in September.
We are continuing with our services to the Nuclear Community as per usual, as well as helping any veteran or their family during these uncertain times. If you need any assistance, please contact us, but please be aware that as you can understand, we are receiving a lot of calls and messages at the moment.
As members of the community ourselves, we are as upset as you are and now hope that the relevant authorities step in and provide a full and transparent investigation into these allegations.
